Our Corporate office is based in Knoxville, TN with satellite offices in Johnson City, Nashville, and Dyersburg.

At MSI, we employ our own process servers and do not outsource to third-party companies, ensuring higher control, accountability, and reliability. Our in-house team is trained to handle each case with precision and efficiency, providing our clients with fast and accurate service of process and investigative support.

With around-the-clock availability, our case management program allows us to establish and maintain a direct collaboration with servers and administration. 

We are conscientious of the sensitive nature of the files that are entrusted to us, and we handle them accordingly. Our case management software tracks the GPS coordinate and captures the timestamp data of each service attempt, sends real-time notifications to you and our staff, and is completely customizable to your needs.

We also offer our clients the opportunity to set up a secure account and upload documents, if needed. Once in the field, our server receives a real-time notification that they have a new job assigned and can immediately access the service details and documents directly from their mobile device. Our technology allows us to expedite work in the most efficient manner possible, and any detail of the job can be viewed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We offer a competitive base rate that is dependent on monthly volume and includes a minimum of three to five due diligence attempts per address. With our software, we can go above and beyond by sending requests for additional information on a bad address before closing out a case as non-served. Our idea behind this is to eliminate the need of filing alias papers and to save you time and money.
